Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum forms part of the agreement between Lehar.ai and its customers.
Roles
Customer acts as the Data Controller.
Lehar.ai acts as the Data Processor.
Processing Scope
Lehar.ai processes personal information solely for:
- Providing Services
- Executing customer-configured workflows
- Maintaining platform functionality
- Security and fraud prevention
- Support and troubleshooting
Confidentiality
Lehar.ai personnel with access to customer data are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Security Measures
Lehar.ai maintains reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including:
- Access controls
- Authentication mechanisms
- Encryption where appropriate
- Monitoring and logging
- Infrastructure security controls
Subprocessors
Lehar.ai may engage subprocessors including:
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Communication providers
- Analytics providers
- Technology vendors
Appropriate contractual safeguards are maintained with such providers.
Data Subject Requests
Lehar.ai will reasonably assist customers in responding to lawful data subject requests where applicable.
Data Deletion
Upon termination of Services, customer data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with retention obligations and applicable laws.
